  7 inches across the higher terrain to the west of Route 219, with
  lesser amounts farther east.

* WHERE...Somerset County.

* WHEN...From 7 AM Thursday to 7 AM EST Friday.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions
  could impact the Thursday morning and evening commutes.
