...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 6 AM TO NOON CST
WEDNESDAY...

* WHAT...Freezing rain expected. Total ice accumulations of a light
  glaze.

* WHERE...Portions of central, east central, and west central
  Illinois, mainly north of I-70 and south of a Beardstown to
  Danville line.

* WHEN...From 6 AM to noon CST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will
  likely become slick and hazardous.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Temperatures are expected to rise above
  freezing by midday, ending the icing threat.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Be prepared for slippery roads. Slow down and use caution while
driving. If you are going outside, watch your first few steps taken
on stairs, sidewalks, and driveways. These surfaces could be icy and
slippery, increasing your risk of a fall and injury.

* WHAT...Freezing rain expected. Total ice accumulations up to one
  tenth of an inch.

* WHERE...Marshall, Mason, McLean, Peoria, Stark, Tazewell,
  Woodford, Fulton, Knox, and Schuyler Counties.

* WHEN...From 9 AM to 9 PM CST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will
  likely become slick and hazardous.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Temperatures are expected to rise above
  freezing by late afternoon in many areas south of I-74. However,
  an icing threat will linger north of I-74 into the first part of
  the evening.
