* WHAT...Snow expected. Total snow accumulations around 1 inch.
  Winds gusting as high as 50 mph.

* WHERE...A portion of Northern Lower Michigan.

* WHEN...Until 11 PM EST this evening.

* IMPACTS...Widespread blowing snow will significantly reduce
  visibility, resulting in brief dangerous travel conditions. Gusty
  winds could bring down tree branches.
