...WINTER STORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 4 PM PST THIS
AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Heavy snow. Additional snow accumulations up to 12 inches.
  Winds gusting as high as 65 mph.

* WHERE...Kaiser to Rodgers Ridge, Kings Canyon NP, Sequoia NP,
  Upper San Joaquin River, and Yosemite NP outside of the valley.

* WHEN...Until 4 PM PST this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions
  could impact the Friday morning commute. Very strong winds could
  cause extensive tree damage.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If you must travel, keep an extra flashlight, food, and water in
your vehicle in case of an emergency. The latest road conditions for
