...COLD WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 AM EST THIS
MORNING...

* WHAT...For the High Wind Warning, west winds 20 to 30 mph with
  gusts between 50 and 60 mph. For the Cold Weather Advisory, very
  cold wind chills as low as 15 below.

* WHERE...Northern Worcester MA, Northern Middlesex MA, Western
  Franklin MA, Western Hampden MA, and Western Hampshire MA Counties.

* WHEN...For the High Wind Warning, until 5 PM EST this afternoon.
  For the Cold Weather Advisory, until 10 AM EST this morning.

* IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines.
  Power outages are possible. Travel will be difficult, especially
  for high profile vehicles. The cold wind chills as low as 15 below
  zero could result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Remain in the lower levels of your home during the windstorm, and
avoid windows. Watch for falling debris and tree limbs. Use caution
if you must drive.

Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a
hat, and gloves.

* WHERE...Portions of northern Connecticut, central, eastern,
  northeastern, southeastern, and western Massachusetts, and
  northern and southern Rhode Island.

* WHEN...Until 5 PM EST this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
  limbs could be blown down and some power outages may result.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high
profile vehicles. Use extra caution.
