* WHAT...Heavy mixed precipitation expected. Total snow and sleet
  accumulations 2 to 4 inches and ice accumulations up to three
  tenths of an inch.

* WHERE...For the snow threat, highest risk in Greene, Pitt, Martin,
  Washington, Tyrrell, and Beaufort counties. For the ice threat,
  highest risk in Martin, Washington, Pitt, Beaufort, Green, Lenoir,
  Craven, Pamlico, Jones, Duplin, and inland Onslow counties.

* WHEN...From 7 AM Wednesday to 10 AM EST Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Power outages and tree damage are likely due to the ice.
  Travel could be nearly impossible. The hazardous conditions could
  impact the Wednesday morning and evening commutes.
