offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A low pressure trough will
move slowly SE across the waters today and tonight. An
intensifying low pressure will approach from the SW late tonight,
track just SE and E of the waters Thu and Thu night, and then
continue well E into the N Atlantic Fri and Fri night. A series
of low pressure troughs or secondary cold fronts will cross the
waters Fri into Sat. High pressure will build E to the mid-
Atlantic coast Sat, and will pass S and SE of the area Sat night.
A weak cold front will move E across the waters Sun into Sun
night.
