  Winds gusting as high as 30 mph.

* WHERE...Western Cherry and Sheridan Counties.

* WHEN...Until 11 AM MST this morning.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. Plan on snow covered and
  slippery roads. The hazardous conditions will impact the Friday
  morning commute.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If you must travel, keep an extra flashlight, food, and water in
your vehicle in case of an emergency.
