  gusting as high as 40 mph, especially in the morning.

* WHERE...Peola, Cloverland Road and Mountain Road.

* WHEN...Until 5 PM PDT this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Outdoor enthusiasts should expect continued snow along
  with blowing and drifting in the backcountry of the Blue Mountains
  through Sunday.
