...Strong thunderstorms will impact portions of southwestern Rock
Island, Scott, western Clinton, northeastern Muscatine, eastern Cedar
and southeastern Jones Counties through 915 AM CDT...

At 826 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from near Tipton to near Durant to near Fairport.
Movement was northeast at 50 mph.

HAZARD...Winds in excess of 40 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could cause minor tree limb damage and blow
         around unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects
         is possible.

Clark's Ferry Recreation Area, West Lake Park, New Era, Bennett Park,
Sunbury, New Liberty, Bennett, Davenport Municipal Airport, Tipton
Matthews Airport, Cedar County Fairgrounds, Elwood, Loud Thunder
Scout Camp, Wheatland, Buffalo, Calamus, Eldridge, Rochester,
Massillon Park, Park View, and Wilton.

This includes the following highways...
 Interstate 74 in Iowa near mile marker 1.
 Interstate 80 in Iowa between mile markers 265 and 299.
 Interstate 280 between mile markers 1 and 9.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with these storms.
