...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY NOW IN EFFECT FROM 2 PM THIS AFTERNOON TO
11 AM PDT THURSDAY ABOVE 4000 FEET...

* WHAT...Snow expected ABOVE 4000 FEET. Total snow accumulations
  between 1 and 3 inches except 4 to 6 inches over Scott Mountain
  Pass. Winds gusting as high as 50 mph.

* WHERE...Northern Trinity.

* WHEN...From 2 PM this afternoon to 11 AM PDT Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. Tire chains may be
  necessary if travelling through mountain passes. Gusty winds could
  bring down tree branches.
