* Until 800 PM EDT.

* At 625 PM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line
  extending from 17 nm south of Westmoreland State Park to 18 nm west
  of Urbanna Inlet to 22 nm northwest of Cobham Bay, moving east at
  40 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
           suddenly higher waves.

  Windmill Point, Nassawadox Reef, Lower Bernard Island, Rappahannock
