* At 1027 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Arcanum,
  moving northeast at 65 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and penny size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Expect damage to trees and power lines.

* Locations impacted include...
  Ginghamsburg, Vandalia, Englewood, Casstown, Union Corners,
  Newbern, Bradford, Potsdam, Lockington, West Milton, Covington,
  Dayton International Airport, Pemberton, Piqua, Sidney, Clayton,
