* WHERE...Niagara, Orleans, Northern Erie, and Genesee Counties.

* WHEN...Until 10 PM EDT this evening. Strongest wind gusts expected
  to be this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
  limbs could be blown down and a few isolated power outages may
  result.
