  inches. Winds gusting as high as 65 mph.

* WHERE...Eastern Sawatch Mountains Above 11000 Feet and Western
  Mosquito Range Above 11000 Feet.

* WHEN...From 9 PM this evening to 6 AM MDT Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult due to snow and blowing
  snow. Very strong winds could cause poor visibility on area
  highways.
