* WHAT...Snow expected. Total snow accumulations between 4 and 10
  inches. Winds gusting as high as 65 mph.

* WHERE...Eastern San Juan Mountains Above 10000 Feet.

* WHEN...From 9 PM this evening to 9 PM MDT Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. Widespread blowing snow
  could significantly reduce visibility across the mountain passes.
