* WHERE...Eastern Sawatch Mountains and the Western Mosquito
  Range/East Lake County Above 11000 Feet.

* WHEN...Until 6 AM MDT Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Roads will likely become slick and hazardous. Travel
  could be very difficult. Widespread blowing snow could
  significantly reduce visibility across the mountain passes.
