...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT SOUTHWESTERN LEAVENWORTH COUNTY
THROUGH 645 PM CDT...

At 620 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from Winchester to near Williamstown to Lawrence to
near Lone Star to near Globe. Movement was northeast at 35 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Linwood, Reno, Fairmount, Tonganoxie, Jarbalo, Basehor, De Soto,
Lansing, and Bonner Springs.

This includes Kansas Turnpike between mile markers 206 and 222.
