...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT CENTRAL BELL...KNOX...EAST
CENTRAL WHITLEY AND SOUTH CENTRAL CLAY COUNTIES THROUGH 430 PM EDT...

At 339 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Permon, or 7 miles southwest of Barbourville, moving northeast at 30
mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Elys, Artemus, Swan Lake, Clate, Birdseye, Barnyard, Salt Gum,
Gausdale, King, Jarvis, Louden, Blanche, Girdler, Rella, Avis, Siler,
Dewitt, Providence, Flat Lick, and Permon.
