NORTHEASTERN UINTAH AND EASTERN DAGGETT COUNTIES THROUGH 345 PM
MDT...

At 258 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from 15 miles east of Squaw Hollow Boat Ramp On
Flaming Gorge to 34 miles north of Dinosaur to 14 miles east of
Vernal. Movement was northeast at 45 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Sparks and Hiawatha.

This includes Colorado 318 between mile markers 1 and 24.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

If on or near Flaming Gorge, get out of the water and move indoors
or inside a vehicle. Remember, lightning can strike out to 10 miles
from the parent thunderstorm. If you can hear thunder, you are close
enough to be struck by lightning. Move to safe shelter now! Do not
be caught on the water in a thunderstorm.
