At 218 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a slow-moving thunderstorm over Fairfax, or 7 miles southwest of Cedar Rapids, moving east at 10 mph. HAZARD...Funnel clouds and possibly weak, brief tornadoes. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Isolated damage to roofs, siding and trees is possible. Locations impacted include... Cedar Rapids, Marion, Hiawatha, Robins, Fairfax, Ely, Atkins, Walford, Shueyville, Norway, Bertram, Squaw Creek Park, Cedar Rapids Municipal Airport, and Morgan Creek Park.
