* Special Marine Warning for...
  Coastal waters from Cameron LA to High Island TX out 20 NM...

* Until 1100 AM CDT.

* At 1023 AM CDT, a strong thunderstorm was located near High Island
  22, or 12 nm southwest of The Mouth Of The Sabine River, moving
  east at 35 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts to nearly 50 knots and small hail.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
           suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include...
  High Island 22 and High Island 52.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Frequent lightning is occurring with this storm. If caught on the
open water stay below deck if possible, keep away from ungrounded
metal objects.
