* Until 1145 AM CDT.

* At 1104 AM CDT, a strong thunderstorm was located over High Island
  5, or 14 nm northeast of Heald Bank, moving east at 30 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts to 40 knots and small hail.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
           suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include...
  High Island 170, High Island 167, High Island A177, and High Island
  5.
